While studying fashion design in the National College of Art and Design, Kelvin Feeney won the Smirnoff Young Designer of the Year Award 1993, with a collection of garments made from recycled car seat belts. This led to an offer to work on his first film Braveheart. Graduating with an honors degree in fashion design, he went on to complete a post graduate course in Galashiels College of Textile and Design in Scotland.


Since finishing his studies he has gone on to work for  various theatre projects, from Rug Rats, to Disney on Ice to Miss Saigon, Jack on the Beanstalk aswell as the St. Patricks Festival, Dublin. His work on film  projects includes, The General, The Count of Monte Christo, Pirates of the Carribbean 2 & 3, The Tudors plus Snow White and the Huntsman, to name a few.


Through the years he has built up an extensive  knowledge of working with different materials from plastics, metals to leather, making headdresses, hats, belts, bags , corsets dresses or whatever he is asked to do.


Believing design has no boundaries, if you can dream it up, you can make it.
